Program Manager
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, this position assumes responsibility for all phases of project plans from conception through implementation and close-out in designated programs/projects.
The Program Manager is responsible for providing management and technical support for project development and implementation including compliance with AAC policy and various federal, state and local regulations as required. This position assists with program and project definition; directs the short- and long-term planning; coordinates and manages resources and activities; controls and monitors project scheduling and implementation; and manages program budget development and adherence. The Program Manager is accountable for managing the program budget and expenditures, program contracts, procurement activities and for maintaining all project records.
Maintenance Technician I
The Maintenance Technician I performs routine maintenance, grounds, facility, equipment, and operational support tasks under direct or general supervision. Assists with work orders, preventive maintenance, general repairs, equipment operation, and site support activities while developing proficiency in maintenance methods, tools, safety practices, and documentation requirements.
Construction Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent’s principal duty is to lead and manage any on-site construction, overseeing all work activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, according to specifications, while maintaining safety compliance; this includes coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. This position primary reports to the Spaceport Development Program Manager and may provide support to other programs at the SDP PM’s discretion.
C3 Systems Administrator
The Command, Control, and Communications (C3) Systems Administrator, reporting to the Site Manager, leads new initiatives and ensures mission assurance for the operation of the spaceport’s communications infrastructure. This position requires a strong background in communications systems, including familiarity with related software and hardware design.
