Payroll Analyst
Under the direction of the Controller, the Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining payroll records, supporting audits, and providence responsive service to employees regarding payroll-related matters. The Payroll Analyst plays a key role in maintaining internal controls, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring integrity of employee compensation data.
Construction Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent’s principal duty is to lead and manage any on-site construction, overseeing all work activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, according to specifications, while maintaining safety compliance; this includes coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. This position primary reports to the Spaceport Development Program Manager and may provide support to other programs at the SDP PM’s discretion.
Contract Specialist
Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Contract Specialist manages the end-to-end procurement lifecycle by developing strategic solicitation documents and overseeing comprehensive contract administration. The role ensures full alignment with federal, state, and internal regulations through proactive performance monitoring, milestone tracking, and deliverable audits. The Specialist serves as the first line point of contact to mitigate risk and ensure contractual obligations effectively support organizational and program objectives.
C3 Systems Administrator
The Command, Control, and Communications (C3) Systems Administrator, reporting to the Site Manager, leads new initiatives and ensures mission assurance for the operation of the spaceport’s communications infrastructure. This position requires a strong background in communications systems, including familiarity with related software and hardware design.
Range Safety & Instrumentation System Technician I
The Range Safety and Telemetry System (RSTS) Technician I, under the direction of the RSTS supervisor, is responsible for accomplishing the maintenance and operations of the Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) RSTS instrumentation systems. These systems include mobile and fixed rocket flight safety and telemetry equipment operated by AAC in Kodiak and remote/overseas locations.
PSCA Spaceport Manager
The PSCA Spaceport Manager provides senior leadership for the operation, sustainment, and development of the Pacific Spaceport Complex – Alaska. The Spaceport Manager is comparable to an airport manager at a traditional airport, overseeing spaceport operations and supporting departments to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant launch activities within the specialized environment of a commercial spaceport.
